BANGKA BARAT — Bupati Bangka Barat, Markus, meresmikan Dapur Makan Bergizi Gratis Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) Giantara Berkah Abadi Pangek 1 di Desa Pangek, Kecamatan Simpang Teritip, Jumat (5/12/2025).
Fasilitas ini menjadi bagian dari implementasi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang dicanangkan Presiden Prabowo Subianto sebagai upaya nasional memperbaiki gizi masyarakat dan menurunkan angka stunting.
Dalam sambutannya, Markus membuka acara dengan ungkapan syukur. “Puji dan syukur kita panjatkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Atas cinta dan penyertaan-Nya, hari ini kita dapat berkumpul dalam suasana sukacita untuk meresmikan Dapur Makan Bergizi Gratis SPPG Giantara Berkah Abadi Pangek 1,” ujarnya.
Ia menegaskan pentingnya pembangunan manusia sebagai fondasi kemajuan daerah. Menurutnya, pemenuhan gizi adalah salah satu pilar utama yang tengah didorong pemerintah melalui program MBG, mulai dari PAUD hingga SMA/SMK, serta bagi ibu hamil dan menyusui.
“Tujuannya jelas dan sangat mulia, yaitu meningkatkan gizi masyarakat, menurunkan angka stunting, serta membentuk generasi muda Indonesia yang sehat, kuat, dan cerdas. Kami di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Barat menyambut baik hadirnya Dapur Makan Bergizi Gratis ini,” kata Markus.
Ia menekankan bahwa keberadaan dapur ini sejalan dengan komitmen daerah dalam menyediakan layanan yang menyentuh kebutuhan dasar masyarakat. “Dengan hadirnya dapur ini, kami berharap tidak ada lagi anak-anak yang mengalami kekurangan gizi. Ini wujud nyata kepedulian bersama untuk membangun generasi yang sehat dan unggul,” tegasnya.
Markus juga mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga kualitas makanan bagi penerima manfaat. “Kami berharap dapur ini selalu menjaga higienitas dan kualitas makanan, sehingga manfaatnya dirasakan masyarakat secara aman dan berkelanjutan,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, ia memberi apresiasi kepada seluruh pengurus SPPG Giantara Berkah Abadi Pangek 1 dan para pihak yang terlibat. “Tidak ada kebaikan yang sia-sia. Setiap senyuman anak yang menerima manfaat dari dapur ini akan menjadi berkat bagi kita semua,” ujarnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Markus menilai dapur makan bergizi gratis ini dapat menjadi model bagi kecamatan lain. “Pendirian dapur ini adalah wujud nyata komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung penuh program nasional MBG yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan SDM Indonesia Emas 2045 yang sehat, cerdas, dan unggul,” katanya.
Ia juga mengajak seluruh pihak untuk terus berkolaborasi agar program berjalan berkelanjutan. Selain meningkatkan gizi, dapur ini juga membuka peluang kerja bagi UMKM lokal dalam penyediaan bahan pangan.
Peresmian dapur di Simpang Teritip dihadiri sejumlah pejabat daerah, tokoh masyarakat, serta organisasi sosial. Acara ditandai dengan pemotongan pita dan peninjauan fasilitas dapur, termasuk proses penyajian makanan bergizi dan higienis bagi anak-anak penerima manfaat.
Sebelumnya, program serupa telah berjalan di Kecamatan Kelapa dan Mentok, sebagai bagian dari perluasan layanan gizi masyarakat yang terus digenjot oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Barat.
